Many parts of this site can be viewed without providing personal information. For specific downloads, enquiry forms, demo registrations and subscriptions, we may ask you to enter your name, email address, or other information.

Those companies are permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver those services. Virtually Myself® takes reasonable steps to ensure these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

When you visit our website, non-personally identifiable information is collected, including (but not limited to) your browser type and version, which pages are viewed, page access times, and your IP address. This information may be used internally to gauge visitor traffic and trends, and to deliver relevant content to you.

Where personally identifiable information is collected (for example, when you complete a form or register for a demo), we may contact you with information about our services and products. You can ask to be removed from any communications at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting us directly.

Your content and your intellectual property

Virtually Myself® is a platform for storing and working with your own knowledge and intellectual property. Content you upload to your Vault is treated differently from the personal information described above:

• We do not train our models on your content. Your Vault content is not used to train our models.
• Australian-hosted. Your data is stored in Australia.
• Private by design. Each Vault is isolated, with no cross-user data access.
• Yours to take with you. You retain full ownership of everything you upload and create, and you can export your content.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Virtually Myself® reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use this site.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will use data collected from the time of the policy change forward in accordance with our updated practices.

Accessing your personal information
