Enterprise
Enterprise AI built around your knowledge
Make large volumes of organisational knowledge accessible to the right people, in the right format, at the right time.
Virtually Myself® helps organisations turn policies, procedures, technical documents, training materials and operational knowledge into a secure, searchable intelligence system.
Our enterprise service supports organisations working with complex, sensitive or regulated information, including health, government, professional services, defence-related services and other high-accountability sectors.
Your people need answers they can trust
Large organisations often have thousands of documents spread across SharePoint, internal drives, policy libraries and other systems. Finding a single answer can require knowing:
- Which documents contain the relevant information
- What terminology was used in each document
- Which version is current
- How several policies or procedures apply to a particular situation
- Who is authorised to access the information
- When an answer needs review or escalation
Virtually Myself® creates a secure knowledge layer across approved organisational information. Staff can ask questions in natural language and receive clear, contextual responses grounded in the organisation's own source material.
Each response can link back to its source, supporting verification, governance and auditability.
From document storage to accessible knowledge
Our enterprise capability can work across the information your organisation already holds, helping people find it, understand how documents relate to one another, and prepare outputs for human review.
It can work across:
- Policies and procedures
- Clinical and operational guidance
- Legislation and regulatory requirements
- Technical documentation
- Training and professional development materials
- Governance records
- HR and workforce information
- Research and reports
- Service delivery documentation
- Approved correspondence and communications
Depending on the use case, we can develop workflows for:
- Policy and procedure enquiries
- Compliance checks
- Technical and legal review
- Staff training and induction
- Executive reporting
- Drafting reports, submissions and internal communications
- Document comparison and deduplication
- Decision and commitment tracking
- Form and record processing
- Role-based knowledge access

Supporting healthcare knowledge at scale
A government healthcare provider offers a useful example of the problem our enterprise capability addresses, a major public health service whose clinicians and staff work within an extensive body of policies, procedures and operational documentation.
During a pilot, one area examined was anaphylaxis. Relevant information could appear under several terms, anaphylaxis, EpiPen, Anapen and epinephrine, and a search across the available SharePoint documentation identified around 800 potentially relevant documents.
A clinician cannot read hundreds of documents at the point of care, and a standard keyword search can miss information when terminology differs between documents. The knowledge system can read across the approved document collection, understand related terminology, and surface information relevant to the user's specific question and context, with staff able to review the response and return to the original sources where required.
The same capability can support other health services managing large collections of:
- Clinical policies and procedures
- Care pathways
- Medication guidance
- Workforce policies
- Training resources
- Quality and safety documentation
- Regulatory and accreditation requirements
Applications across regulated sectors
The underlying problem appears across many industries: organisations hold large amounts of valuable information, while employees need faster and more reliable ways to use it.
Government & public services
Controlled access to policies, legislation, programmes, procedures and internal guidance.
Aged & community care
Access to care standards, privacy requirements, operational procedures, workforce guidance and governance.
Legal & professional services
Search precedents, procedures and client documentation within defined access and review controls.
Defence & veteran services
Work securely with service records, medical documents, policies, legislation and claims information.
Financial & regulated services
Interpret internal policies, compliance requirements, product documentation and approved procedures.
Contact centres & service teams
Contextual answers drawn from approved information, with links to source material and escalation pathways.
Large or distributed workforces
A consistent knowledge resource for employees across locations, teams and levels of responsibility.
Australian data sovereignty
Enterprise AI requires clear decisions about where information is stored, how it is processed and who can access it.
Virtually Myself® is Australian owned, Australian managed and Australian hosted. Enterprise configurations can be designed around the organisation's privacy, security, sovereignty and regulatory requirements.
Depending on the implementation, controls can include:
- Australian-hosted infrastructure
- Quarantined organisational data environments
- No external model training on organisational information
- Role-based access
- Team and governance controls
- Source-linked responses
- Activity logging and audit trails
- Human review and approval
- Defined escalation pathways
- Custom retention and information-handling requirements

We work with each organisation to define the appropriate architecture, controls and processing arrangements before implementation.
AI with human oversight
Our enterprise systems are designed to support professional judgement.
People remain responsible for reviewing, approving and acting on outputs. Workflows can include mandatory review points, source verification, permissions, and escalation where a question falls outside the system's approved scope.
The result is a practical combination of speed, organisational knowledge and accountable human decision-making.
Built around your organisation
Every enterprise environment has different source material, users, risks and governance requirements. We begin by understanding:
- The information people need to access
- Where the source material currently sits
- Who needs access, and at what level
- Which questions or workflows create the greatest burden
- What regulatory and compliance requirements apply
- Where human review is required
- How success will be measured
From there, we scope the knowledge architecture, integrations, user experience, governance controls and implementation pathway.
A pilot can begin with one defined use case, document collection or user group, then expand as the organisation tests its value, improves the underlying knowledge base and identifies further applications.
What enterprise implementation can include
- Discovery and use-case definition
- Information and workflow mapping
- Secure knowledge-vault configuration
- Document ingestion and structuring
- Custom search and question-answering interfaces
- Role-based user access
- Source citations and auditability
- Custom workflows and reporting
- SharePoint and system integrations
- Testing with real organisational questions
- User onboarding and training
- Governance and review frameworks
- Ongoing refinement and support
