Your Vault content is not used to train public AI models.

Your material is used to provide the Virtually Myself® experience within your account and authorised team environment.

Your information is controlled through your account and authorised team access.

Administrative access required to operate or support the platform is managed under our privacy and security processes. Team and organisational configurations can apply different levels of access according to role and need.

Chats are private by default.

A chat does not become part of your long-term Vault memory unless you choose to save relevant material. Shared Vault answers are based on approved Vault content rather than every private conversation held by individual users.

Virtually Myself® gives you a private environment for protecting, organising and applying that knowledge. Full ownership and licensing provisions are set out in our current Terms of Service.

You can use the work created through your account for your business, communications and publishing activities, subject to our Terms of Service and any rights attached to third-party source material.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring they do not reproduce copyrighted, confidential or restricted material inappropriately.

You can export created content for editing, publishing or use in other systems.

Available formats depend on the type of asset and workflow used.

You can download your source material and export work created through the platform. Account-level export requirements can be arranged according to the available formats and the type of material held in your Vault.

Your account and data are managed according to the cancellation, retention, export and deletion provisions in our current Terms of Service.

We recommend exporting any material you want to retain before your account access ends.
